The staff found that the dressups were beautifully designed and made, and the perfect size for preschool children to wear over their clothes. The fastenings were great, allowing most children to independently take the items on and off. These dress ups added wonderfully to our program, with the airport and forest both areas of focus for the time we were using the sets.
Susan’s background in fashion design shows through in the attention to detail and the beautiful design. Her background in early childhood education means the items are all child friendly and easy to use.
The children were entranced with the wonderful items, allowing them to extend their ideas and play in directions we hadn’t thought of. At one point one of our groups used the insect dressups to put on a “movie show” for the rest of the group. We had 22 children all involved in the play in some way… just amazing!
